
Employers are considered an integral part of the CareerLink system. The system is designed to allow for posting of job orders for employment openings which can be accomplished by on-line data entry of job requirements and information by either the employer representative themselves or through a staff-assisted posting. CareerLink staff may also handle pre-screening of qualified applicants at the request of the employer. In addition, linkages with the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce's Business Retention and Expansion Program (BREP) ensures that any workforce issues facing local companies are thoroughly addressed.
